PRICE – The Carbon County Fair has officially named Kari Richardson as the 2026 Citizen of the Year, recognizing her outstanding service, dedication and leadership within the local community. The award is given annually to community members who show their dedication to the city and have a strong sense of leadership to strengthen Carbon County.
