Amid growing apprehension around license plate cameras across the country — especially those that are part of the Flock Safety network — Utah Gov. Cox’s comments came Thursday during a news conference hosted by PBS Utah, after a Utah News Dispatch reporter asked him about a recent investigation by the Utah Civic Compact.
