County Today A man accused of repeatedly assaulting and strangling a woman over several days in Paragonah has pleaded guilty to two felony charges. Conrad Deckeon Jimenez, 38, pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, a second-degree felony, and aggravated assault, a third-degree felony.
