The bottom line? A surge of moisture will stream into Utah Thursday, helping to bring in widespread showers and thunderstorms for many. This will lead to an increased flood risk across the state and especially over our burn scar areas. Temperatures will drop well below seasonal norms with 70's across northern Utah.
