Tucked away in Millcreek Canyon, Log Haven Restaurant has been a dining destination for Utahns and visitors for over a century. Now, this establishment is entering a new era, aiming to honor its past while looking toward the future. Margo Provost, who acquired Log Haven in 1994, has passed ownership to a new team.
