SEVIER COUNTY, Utah, Aug 18, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — The National Transportation Safety Bureau has released a preliminary report on the Aug. 7 crash of a Sikorsky Skycrane helicopter being used to fight the Widemouth 2 Fire in Sevier County. The pilots aboard, who died, were Chris Andersen, 64, and Miles Elliot, 50.
