The Pleasant Grove Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 19, 2026, to discuss multiple land use proposals. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building, located at 108 S 100 East.
Among the items on the agenda is a request from Dayne Sorensen for a Conditional Use Permit at 1040 W 1100 N. This request involves Use 1121, a two-family dwelling, located within the R1-10 Single-Family Residential Zone in the North Field Neighborhood.
The commission will also consider two preliminary subdivision plats. PG Acquisitions, LLC has requested a 5-lot preliminary condominium subdivision plat known as Sunset Hills Warehouse Condominiums. This project involves approximately 1.98 acres at approximately 877 W 700 S within the Business and Manufacturing Park (BMP) Zone.
Additionally, Flagship Homes is requesting a 44-lot preliminary townhome subdivision plat titled Cottage Park Subdivision. The proposed development covers approximately 2.954 acres at approximately 1049 W State Street in the Commercial Sales-2 (CS-2) Zone.
