The Sunset View Elementary Community Council scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the Sunset View Elementary Faculty Room, according to a October 27 statement.
The meeting was scheduled to run from 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM. The agenda included organizational business such as the adoption of Council Rules of Order and Procedure, as well as the election of a chair, vice chair, and secretary.
During the session, Teri was scheduled to review DLI RISE Data. Other topics on the agenda included an overview of School Community Council responsibilities, changes to the Land Trust, and an introduction to the 2026–2027 School Improvement Plan involving School LAND Trust and Teacher and Student Success Act (TSSA) funding. The council was also scheduled to review the Sunset View Utah School Report Card.
The meeting included a confirmation of the meeting calendar and scheduled council training for November 17, 2026. All School Community Council meetings are open to the public.
