The Midvale City Council will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2026, to consider municipal code amendments, according to a September 3 notice. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Midvale City Hall.
The hearing will address two requests from the Gardner Group regarding the Midvale Municipal Code. The first request involves amendments to Figures 1 and 2 in Chapter 17-7-10.12 to eliminate rights-of-way adjacent to POD I. The second request seeks to modify Private Street Standards in Section 17-7-10.12.5. These items were previously heard during the August 12, 2026, Midvale City Planning Commission meeting.
Public comments for the hearing may be submitted in person during the meeting, electronically via the Agendas and Minutes webpage, or by emailing planning@midvaleut.gov. Electronic submissions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026, to be included in the record.
