Delta Healing Solutions announced Tuesday that the non-profit mental health clinic is continuing its mission to provide accessible, evidence-based psychiatric care to rural Utah and neighboring regions through the use of innovative therapies such as NeuroStar TMS and ketamine therapy.
Expanding Access to Rural Areas
The clinic, which serves Millard County and surrounding areas, operates with a focus on reducing barriers to treatment for populations that often lack local mental health resources. According to the organization, its service area extends beyond Utah to include parts of Nevada, Arizona, and Washington.
Commitment to Insurance Accessibility
The non-profit's mission centers on providing compassionate care while ensuring that cost does not prevent patients from receiving quality treatment. To support this goal, Delta Healing Solutions accepts most insurance plans and emphasizes the importance of making high-quality psychiatric services available in underserved rural communities.
Innovative Treatment Modalities
In addition to traditional psychiatric services, the clinic invests in advanced clinical options. These include NeuroStar TMS and ketamine therapy, which are intended to offer new pathways to healing for patients who may not have found success with traditional treatment methods.
Clinical Leadership Team
The clinic's clinical operations are led by Medical Director Thomas Rayner, MD, under the leadership of founder Elend S. LeBaron. The specialized care team includes Riddhi Patel, MMS, PA-C; Tyla Weaver, Clinic Manager; and Daryl Essey, CMHC, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
Specialized Technical Staff
A dedicated technical staff supports the administration of advanced therapies. The team includes TMS Technicians Angie Young, Olivia LeBaron, Carla Collins, and Halle Collins, as well as TMS Coordinator Micah. Administrative and patient support roles are filled by Janel, an insurance specialist, and Sarah, a front office receptionist.
Core Organizational Values
The organization operates under core values of compassion, accessibility, excellence, innovation, community, and hope. The clinic maintains that every patient should be treated with empathy, respect, and dignity to foster a supportive clinical setting for recovery.
