The proposed changes involve approximately 2.09 acres located at 14553 South 3400 West. The request seeks to amend the General Plan Map from Very Low Density Residential to Low Density Residential and change the Zoning Map from R1 Residential to R2 Residential.
The Planning Commission hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 W 14400 S. A subsequent hearing before the Bluffdale City Council was scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the same location.
