Duchesne County has officially launched its new website, according to an October 28 statement. The new digital platform aims to organize content using a customer service approach and prioritizes plain language and ADA compliance.
The updated website features mobile-friendly design, predictive search, and interactive tools to help users get answers. Additional updates include website encryption, updated services information, and training on new web tools.
Moving forward, officials plan to iterate on feedback and continue to add and improve content through continuous improvement.
The county is requesting public input and ideas from residents to assist in the building and refinement of the new website.
