Eagle Mountain City’s secondary water system, which serves a portion of the Parkway Fields subdivision, will shut down for the season on Thursday, October 15.

Once the system is off, secondary water will not be available to affected Parkway Fields residents for lawns and landscaping until it is turned back on in the spring.

After a dry summer marked by drought conditions, the City thanks residents for doing their part to conserve water and make the most of this limited resource. To learn more about the City’s conservation efforts, visit the Water Conservation page.

As temperatures drop, the City encourages all residents, whether or not they use secondary water, to winterize their sprinkler systems, outdoor faucets, and hoses to help prevent freeze damage.
