The Oakley City Planning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for September 2, 2026, according to a September 1 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. at 960 W. Center Street in Oakley or via Zoom.
The agenda includes several items requiring action. The commission will review meeting minutes from August 5, 2026, and hold public hearings for two plat amendments involving Maple Ridge Ranches Lot 6 and Lot 21 regarding LOD adjustments.
Additionally, the commission will consider a conditional use permit for an accessory building exceeding 2,000 square feet located at 5650 N. Franson Lane. The meeting also includes a recommendation regarding an ordinance to repeal and reenact a portion of Oakley City Code 13-9-20, which regulates and registers short-term rental units within the city.
