The Iron County Sheriff's Office has confirmed the identity of the person whose remains were discovered in Beryl this spring.
According to a statement from the Sheriff's Office, the remains were identified as those of 62-year-old Michael Greene.
The Sheriff's statement noted that Greene was living in the area where the remains were found.
The discovery of the remains originally took place in April near Beryl.
