The Annabella Town Council adopted two new ordinances during its regularly scheduled meeting on May 14, 2026. The meeting took place at the Annabella Town Council Chambers located at 295 E 300 N in Annabella, Utah.
The first ordinance adopted was the 2006 Wildland–Urban Interface (WUI) Code. This code serves as the fire-protection standard for areas where vegetation and structures meet. The adoption establishes requirements for construction standards, wildfire-mitigation practices, and defensible space.
Additionally, the Council adopted an updated Annabella Town Land Use Ordinance. This comprehensive update includes new subdivision requirements, development standards, zoning regulations, and administrative procedures.
