When arriving on scene, officers found a man unresponsive in the road. The man was pronounced dead on scene after life-saving measures were attempted, according to the Washington City Police Department in a press release.

According to the press release, witnesses said a Ford Model T was pulling off into Rio Virgin Drive onto Washington Dam Rd. The driver appeared to be attempting a U-turn entering the eastbound lane.
