An injured hiker was rescued from Adams Canyon on Sunday after falling near the upper waterfall in Davis County.
To complete the rescue, the individual had to be hauled down the mountain using a wheeled stretcher.
About a dozen members of the Davis County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team responded to the scene in Adams Canyon.
First responders worked to assist the hiker following the fall near the upper waterfall area.
