All lands affected are located on the Logan Ranger District, Wasatch-Cache National Forest. This order is in effect until further notice.Discharging a firearm, air rifle, or gas gun. [36 CFR 261.58 {m)] Pursuant to 36 CFR 261.50 (e), the following acts, or persons, are exempt from this order:Persons with a permit or contract authorizing the otherwise prohibited act.Authorized Federal, state, or local officers, or members of an organized rescue or firefighting force in the performance of official duty, when authorized by the District Ranger.Hunting during authorized hunting seasons for the purpose of taking legal game.Area Described: The Wl/2 of Sec. 2, Sec. 3, Sec. 4, El/2 of Sec. 8, Sec. 9, Sec. 10, Wl/2 of Sec. 11, Wl/2 of Sec. 15, Sec. 16, Sec. 17, El/2, SWl/4 of Sec. 18, Nl/2, SEl/4 of Sec. 19, Nl/2, SWl/4 of Sec. 20, Nl/2 of Sec. 21, T.12N., R.2E., Salt Lake Base and Meridian, as shown on the map. /s/ Bernie WeingardtForest SupervisorWasatch-Cache National Forest Violation of this prohibition is punishable by fine of not more than $5,000 or imprisonment of not more than 6 months or both.
