Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at

the Eureka City Office, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. The purpose of the hearing

is to receive public comment on the following item: Declaring a piece of city owned property

that lies adjacent to/in between two properties owned by Irma Marcela Navarro Casasola as

surplus property upon request to purchase said property for the purpose of combining their lots.

Mayor Jenkins opened the meeting.

Mr. Camarena presented maps to the Council to show where the property was located between

his two properties. Council Member Atherley thanked them for their patience and perseverance.

No comments were made.

ADJOURNMENT

Council Member Nedreberg made a motion to close the meeting. Council Member Atherley

seconded the motion. All in favor the meeting was closed 6:09 p.m.
