Proposed General Plan Amendment

The first application, identified as General Plan Amendment G-26-02, seeks to reclassify the land from Low Density (LD) to Neighborhood Commercial (NCOM). This amendment would change the foundational long-term planning designation for the site located at 362 West 3650 South.
In a second, related application labeled Zone Change Z-26-13, the applicant is also seeking to alter the specific zoning designation for the same location. The request aims to change the current R-1-12 zoning to Administrative & Professional (AP) zoning.
The public hearing is set to begin at 6:00 P.M. on July 15, 2026, at Washington City Hall, located at 11 and North 100 East in Washington, Utah.
