According to a report published October 8, the AP Top 25 schedule includes several high-profile matchups scheduled for Friday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 10.
On Friday, Oct. 9, No. 8 BYU (4-0) is scheduled to play Iowa St. (3-2) at 10:15 p.m. EDT. Additionally, No. 20 Iowa (4-1) will face Washington (3-2) at 9 p.m. EDT.
Saturday, Oct. 10, features a full slate of games. No. 12 Utah (4-0) is scheduled to play Kansas (2-2) at 10:15 p.m. EDT. Other matchups include No. 1 Texas (4-0) vs. Oklahoma (2-2) in Dallas at 3:30 p.m. and No. 2 Georgia (5-0) at No. 6 Alabama (5-0) at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
Other scheduled games for Saturday, Oct. 10, include No. 3 Notre Dame (5-0) vs. Stanford (2-3) at 3:30 p.m., No. 5 Ohio St. (4-1) vs. Maryland (2-3) at 4:15 p.m., and No. 7 Indiana (5-0) at Nebraska (5-0) at Noon.
