The Santa Clara City Council will convene for a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 PM in the Santa Clara City Council Chambers located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive.

The meeting agenda features a public hearing to receive comments regarding the FY2026-2027 Tentative Budget. During general business, Lance Haynie, Government Affairs Director, will present for discussion and action concerning the adoption of that same tentative budget.
Other items on the agenda include a presentation by the Grad Night Committee regarding a potential donation to Snow Canyon High School Grad Night. Additionally, Steven Palmer from Hinton Burdick is scheduled to provide an audit presentation.
The meeting will begin with a pledge of allegiance led by Councilman Caplin and opening comments from Rabbi Mendy Cohen of the Chabad Jewish Community of Southern Utah.
Upcoming calendar events for the city include the Memorial Day holiday on May 25, 2026, when offices will be closed. Subsequent City Council work and regular meetings are scheduled for May 27 and June 10, 2026.
