Morgan Scalley offered praise for BYU quarterback Bear Bachmeier regarding his development and performance, according to a November 2 post by Joe Coles.
Scalley admitted that his initial impression of Bachmeier was incorrect, noting that he previously believed the player could not throw and functioned more like a running back playing quarterback.
Scalley credited Aaron Roderick for the development of the quarterback and noted Bachmeier's strong work ethic.
He described Bachmeier as an efficient thrower with zip on the ball who makes good decisions. Scalley also highlighted the player's running ability, noting his toughness to bring down and his balance.
