Nibley City has announced several seasonal employment opportunities for recreation specialists, including roles for a pickleball instructor and a youth cross country coach, as the summer season approaches.
Pickleball Instructor Details
According to Nibley City, the city is seeking a Pickleball Instructor for the recreation department. The position requires knowledge of the game and an interest in teaching students in grades 3 through 8. Applicants must pass a background check and be available early Monday or Wednesday mornings from July 1 through August 5.
Cross Country and Other Roles
The city is also recruiting a Youth Cross Country Coach to work with participants ages 9 to 14. The role requires knowledge of distance running and availability on most Tuesday and Thursday mornings between July 6 and August 15. Further seasonal openings include sports field painters, soccer referees, flag football referees, and baseball or softball umpires.
Heber Baseball Tournament Schedule
In a separate summer sporting event, the annual Firecracker Baseball Tournament is scheduled to begin in Heber on June 17, 2026.
