A Utah man is finding hope through the Disorders of Consciousness Program following a severe freeway accident near St. George.
On May 21, 2025, Stockton Palmer was traveling to work when a street sweeper cut him off on the freeway. The incident caused Palmer's car to spin out of control, resulting in a broadside collision with both the street sweeper and another vehicle.
The impact of the collision caused extensive damage to Palmer's vehicle. First responders were required to cut into the car to safely remove the 27-year-old.
Following the accident, Palmer was transported immediately to St. George Regional Hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries.
