The City of Clearfield is seeking public comments and input regarding the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, according to a notice published August 25. The report provides an evaluation of federally funded activities and accomplishments from the 2025-2026 program year.
Interested individuals may review or comment on the report from September 1, 2026, to September 18, 2026. Reviewing is available at Customer Service, located on the 1st Floor at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Written comments may be submitted to the Legal Department Office or via email. The deadline for submitting comments is September 21, 2026.
A public hearing regarding the CDBG was scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at the Clearfield City Municipal Building, located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah.
