The Mount Pleasant City Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will take place in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street in Mount Pleasant, Utah.
The agenda includes several business and action items. The council will consider Ordinance 2026-07 to amend the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay Zone regarding residential density and development standards. The council will also review a claims register totaling $785,003.48 dated from August 8, 2026, to August 21, 2026, and a transaction register for various dates in 2026.
The meeting will include a public comment period where residents may address the council for three minutes each. The council may also enter into a closed session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
