Advanced Spectral Technology is set to demonstrate its Zentura wafer-level metrology system at the 2026 Kyushu Semiconductor Industry Exhibition.
The demonstration will occur at the NANYO Corporation booth at Marine Messe Fukuoka from September 30 to October 1, 2026.
An applications engineer from Advanced Spectral Technology will be present on-site to participate in technical discussions during the event.
The exhibition will be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka in Kyushu.
