The Daniel Planning Commission will host a public hearing to discuss proposed changes to the Town Code, according to a notice published Oct. 6.
The hearing is scheduled for Oct. 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. and will take place during the commission's regularly scheduled meeting.
The meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building, located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, in Heber City, UT 84032.
This open meeting provides an opportunity for the public to voice concerns or ask questions regarding the proposed code changes. The town encourages property owners to share the notice with others who may be interested in the matter.
For those unable to attend the meeting in person, written comments can be submitted to be included in the official record of the hearing. Submissions may be sent via email to clerk@danielutah.gov or mailed to 3500 S Hwy 40 Ste A #2, Daniel, UT 84032.
In accordance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations are asked to call the Town clerk at 435-654-5062 at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Planning Commission Secretary Jolene Munford is listed as the contact for the notice. Eric Bunker is also identified as a member of the board.
The deadline for the notice is Oct. 9, 2026, at 12 p.m.
