In the latest episode of "Grady Clocks In," host Grady Sinclair stepped behind the counter at Pieology Pizzeria to serve as a prep cook. Sinclair visited the River Road location to experience making custom pizzas for customers.
While working alongside manager Coryna Sulahria, Sinclair prepared a signature combo pizza featuring cheese, mushrooms, olives, onions, green pepper, pepperoni, and sausage. During the process, Sinclair noted that the ingredients and dough at the establishment are fresh and expressed enthusiasm for the restaurant's unlimited topping options. Sinclair also remarked on the difference in dough preparation methods, noting that the location presses dough rather than throwing it as was common in the 1990s.
Sulahria observed Sinclair's performance, noting that while his initial dough swirling was a bit uneven, he completed the pizza and slicing to perfection. The session concluded with Sinclair delivering a to-go order to "What's on the Menu" host Sheldon Demke.
Pieology Pizzeria offers custom pizzas where customers can select everything from the crust to the meat and vegetable toppings. The restaurant's menu includes options such as a low-carb cauliflower crust.
