The Carbon Child Nutrition Program announced that H.B. 100 Food Security Amendment and HB148S01 will provide no-cost reduced lunches to qualifying families for the 2026-27 school year.
Under these bills, the reduced lunch fee will be completely waived for eligible families, while reduced-price breakfast will cost $0.30 for eligible students.
Parents are encouraged to use the online application process at linqconnect.com, which requires the same information as paper applications.

The district's meal program provides lunches consisting of meat or meat alternatives, whole grain breads, milk, fresh fruits, and vegetables.
Meals are designed to be low in fat and reduced in sodium. Students may choose three meal components each day, including one fruit or vegetable.
