Christensen Farms has returned its honor-system pumpkin and squash stand to 234 E. 200 S. in Lehi for the fall 2026 season, according to an October 6 report. The family has doubled its planting for this second season of direct sales following a successful transition from wholesale in 2025.
The stand operates without a cashier, relying on customers to select their items and leave payment on their own. Shanna Christensen, an owner of Christensen Farms, stated that neighbors have been honest enough to keep the system working, which encouraged the family to expand the operation for this season.
Products at the stand include pumpkins and squash ranging from $2 to $6, while corn stalks for fall decoration are sold for $5 each. The selection features large and small pumpkins in orange, green, and white, as well as warted varieties, plain white pumpkins, and minis. Squash options include butternut, buttercup, acorn, and spaghetti squash.
The Christensen family operates a sixth-generation farm located approximately two miles south of American Fork. While the family lives in Lehi, they travel back and forth to restock the stand several times a day.
In addition to the fall stand, Christensen Farms grows corn and hay. The family uses Facebook Marketplace to post when other products are available and intends to add new offerings based on resident requests.
The stand is located at 234 E. 200 S. in Lehi and remains open for the fall season, though no specific closing date has been announced.
