The Hideout Town Council is scheduled to hold a special work session on Friday, November 6, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to several local agreements. The meeting, which begins at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time, is intended for discussion only and will not involve substantive action or approvals.
According to a November 5 notice, the work session will include a review of a proposed second amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) and the Town of Hideout.
Additionally, the council will discuss a proposed amendment to the Silver Meadows Annexation and Master Development Agreement. That agreement, originally dated October 16, 2020, involves the Town, Hideout Community Advancement and Development, L.L.C. as the owner and master developer, and MIDA as a limited joining party.
The council may also enter a closed session if a qualifying legal basis exists under Utah Code Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205(1)(c). Such a session would be limited to discussing litigation strategy concerning pending or reasonably imminent litigation related to the Silver Meadows project or the town's rights and obligations under the aforementioned agreements.
If a closed session is held, the council will return to an open session, and any further discussion will be limited to the identified subjects. No substantive action will be taken during the closed session.
The meeting will take place at Hideout Town Hall, located at 10860 North Hideout Trail, Hideout, Utah 84036. Residents may participate electronically via Zoom using meeting ID 435 659 4739.
Individuals requiring special accommodations during the meeting may contact the Mayor or Town Clerk at 435-640-2188 at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Meeting materials may be obtained from the Town Recorder or through the Town of Hideout Meetings webpage.
The session is scheduled for Friday, November 6, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time.
