Recommendation of the proposed rezone for Parcel 01-069-0-0122, located
approximately at the east end of Silver Spur Road, from R-1-21 to R-1-12 for
Anderson Ranch Subdivision Phase 4E, resulting in approximately 15.12 acres
being zoned R-1-12.
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of Sections §10-20-205 and
§10-20-206 of the Utah Code, the Grantsville Planning Commission will hold a discussion
and public hearing on October 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall. The meeting
will also be broadcast on Zoom. The discussion, public hearing, and meeting are to receive
public input and consider action on the recommendation of the proposed rezone for Parcel
01-069-0-0122, located approximately at the east end of Silver Spur Road, from R-1-21
to R-1-12 for Anderson Ranch Subdivision Phase 4E, resulting in approximately 15.12
acres being zoned R-1-12.
