LRB Public Finance Advisors was contracted by the Lieutenant Governor's Office to develop the feasibility study. According to the County, LRB interpreted the historical data provided by the County to reach its own conclusions regarding the feasibility of the Ogden Valley incorporation.
The County stated that the projected numbers in the study were not verified, substantiated, or corroborated by the County. Furthermore, the County emphasized that the process of certifying or approving the feasibility study is the responsibility of the Lieutenant Governor's Office.
