The Bluffdale City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, to discuss a proposed rezoning request. According to an Oct. 22 notice, the meeting will focus on a request to amend the zoning map for a property located at 14402 South 1690 West.
The proposal involves approximately 0.24 acres of land. The request seeks to change the current designation from R4 Residential to NC Neighborhood Commercial. Additionally, the commission will consider a request for a Development Agreement related to the site.
The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Bluffdale City Hall, located at 2222 West 14400 South. The meeting may continue as long as necessary to receive public comments on the matter.
Community members can participate in the process through several methods. Residents may view the meeting on the City's website at www.bluffdale.gov or attend in person at the City Hall.
