Please be advised that on October 1, 2026, the City Council of the City of St George

approved the following ordinance(s):

Ordinance No. 2026-072 to rename the public street currently known as Backlot Crossing to

Desert Fields Drive.

Ordinance No. 2026-073 vacating a utilities and drainage easement across Lot 1 of the

Foothill Commons subdivision.

Ordinance No. 2026-074 vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at the rear

of Lot 142 of Meadow Valley Farms Phase 11.

Ordinance No. 2026-075 vacating a portion of the Vista Ridge Estates Phase II subdivision

plat, specifically the north 10 feet of Lot 69.

Ordinance No. 2026-066 amending the City Zoning Map by changing the zone from RE-20

(Residential Estates, 20,000 ft² minimum lot size) to RE-37.5 (Residential Estates, 37,500

ft² minimum lot size) on approximately 6.20 acres generally located west of the St.

George/Washington border and approximately 2450 South.

Ordinance No. 2026-076 amending the City Zoning Map by changing the zone from A-1

(Agricultural, 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial)

on approximately 8.48 acres generally located north of 2450 South and west of 3210 East

removing auto sales, payday loans and RV storage from the use list.

Ordinance No. 2026-077 amending the City Zoning Map by changing the zone from C-3

(General Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.68

acres generally located north of Crosby Way and east of 120 East Street.

Ordinance No. 2026-078 amending the City Zoning Map by changing the zone from R-1-8

(Single-Family Residential, 8,000 ft² minimum lot size) and R-1-10 (Single-Family

Residential, 10,000 ft² minimum lot size) to R-1 (Single Family Residential, no minimum lot

size) on approximately 35.67 acres generally located north of Curly Hollow Drive and south

of Province Way.

Ordinance No. 2026-079 for a Temporary Zoning Ordinance adopting a 6-month moratorium

on blasting within City limits.
