The North Ogden Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to discuss a zoning map amendment, according to a notice published July 23.
The hearing will focus on Zoning Map Amendment 2026-07 for the application to rezone the property located at approximately 2742 N. 400 E., parcel number 18-021-0006. The request seeks to change the property zoning from the Residential City Center Zone RCC to the Multi-Family Residential Zone R-4.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm during the commission's regularly scheduled meeting. It will be held in the Council Chambers located in the Public Safety Building at 515 East 2600 North, North Ogden, Utah.
