A structure fire involving an RV next to a residence was reported in South Ogden City, according to a press release from South Ogden Fire.
Units from South Ogden Fire, Ogden Fire, Washington Terrace Fire, and Roy Fire were dispatched to the scene after reports emerged of a fire involving a trailer located next to a home.
Upon arrival, crews found an RV on the side of the residence that was heavily involved with fire. The first arriving engine initiated a quick initial attack on the fire, which had also caused the residence to catch fire.
Crews were able to bring the fire under control before it could enter the nearby residence. Residents were able to evacuate the home, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the South Ogden Fire Department. No additional information will be released at this time.
