PUBLIC HEARING (Public Input Only, Motion to Enter/Exit)
The public hearing aims to gather community feedback on several proposed town code amendments:
Updates to Chapters 110 (General Business), 111 (Alcoholic Beverages), 112, and Section 153.204 (Residential Short-Term Rentals) to improve administrative clarity, enforceability, and permitting workflows based on legal counsel recommendations and Planning Commission deliberations from August 18, 2026.
Amendments to Chapter 130 to set a default annual restriction period from May 1 through October 31 (adjustable by resolution) and align definitions and prohibited acts with State and County Stage 1 and Stage 2 restrictions.
In compliance with Utah Code §10-9a-204, a public hearing will be held to receive public comments on the following:
