The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 12, at 7:00 p.m. The session is scheduled to take place at the Boulder Community Center, located at 351 North 100 East in Boulder, Utah.
This notice was provided in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Utah Code § 52-4-202.
The meeting agenda includes opening procedures such as a call to order, determination of quorum, and a motion to adopt the agenda. There will also be a declaration of conflicts of interest.
A work session is scheduled for discussion only, with no action taken during this portion. Topics for discussion include General Plan Goals and Actions, the May 19th Planning Commission Meeting, and the date and logistics for a public meeting regarding the General Plan.
The agenda also includes a closed session, which requires a motion to enter and exit, before returning to a regular meeting for further discussion and possible action.
