The Utah Mammoth are scheduled to face the Philadelphia Flyers in a Sunday matinee game on Nov. 1, 2026. The matchup is set to begin at 2:00 p.m. MT at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.
Head coach André Tourigny said the team will focus on attacking quickly and being rapid in counterattacks and offensive recovery. Tourigny noted that Philadelphia has improved defensively in recent games and described them as a stingy team. Utah enters the game with a 9-5-0 record and 18 points, placing them second in the Central Division. Their most recent game was an overtime victory against the Pittsburgh Penguins, where Logan Cooley recorded a hat trick and Sebastian Cossa earned his third win of the season.
The Mammoth roster saw changes recently as Ben McCartney was recalled from Tucson, while Daniil But was reassigned to Tucson. Tourigny stated that McCartney provides energy and physicality, noting he has followed the forward's progression through six training camps. Regarding But, Tourigny said the move allows the young forward an opportunity for more ice time and development.
The Philadelphia Flyers hold a 3-8-4 record and are currently eighth in the Metropolitan Division. Matvei Michkov leads the team with nine goals, while Trevor Zegras has recorded a six-game points streak. Philadelphia's most recent game was a 5-2 loss to the Washington Capitals.
Utah's goaltending tandem consists of Karel Vejgelka and Sebastian Cossa. Vejgelka has a 6-4-0 record with a 3.13 goals-against average and one shutout, while Cossa has a 3-1-0 record and a 3.20 goals-against average. Philadelphia's goaltending rotation includes Joseph Woll and Dan Vladar.
Following the Nov. 1 game, the Mammoth are scheduled to travel to Toronto to play the Maple Leafs on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026.
