A 17-year-old girl has died following an incident involving an off-highway vehicle in Garden City.
The death occurred Friday afternoon in Rich County, Utah.
According to reports, four teenagers from California were using the off-highway vehicle to perform donuts in the parking lot of Heritage Park.
The girl was seated in the back seat and was not wearing a seatbelt when she was ejected from the vehicle.
