The Fayette Town Council plans to fill the vacancy by appointment during a public meeting on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Fayette Town Hall located at 90 S 100 E.
Interested individuals must meet specific qualifications to be considered for the appointment. Applicants must be United States citizens, registered voters of Fayette Town, and residents of Fayette Town for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the appointment date.
