Kaysville, Riverdale and Lehi drivers should expect delays this weekend
SALT LAKE CITY (Nov. 5, 2026) — The Utah Department of Transportation is encouraging drivers to watch for lane and ramp closures in Davis, Weber and Utah County this weekend.
Davis County:
Ramp from Park Lane to southbound Legacy Parkway: The on-ramp from Park Lane to southbound Legacy Parkway in Farmington will close on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 10 p.m. until Friday, Nov. 6 at 7 a.m. The ramp will close again on Friday, Nov. 6 at 10 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 9 at 5 a.m. for concrete repairs.
Southbound I-15: Southbound I-15 between 200 North in Kaysville (Exit 328) and Park Lane in Farmington (Exit 324) will be completely closed on Friday, Nov. 6 at 10 p.m. until Saturday, Nov. 7, at 6 a.m. for striping and signage work.
These closures are part of the Shepard Lane Improved project, which is building a new interchange at Shepard Lane in Farmington and improving pedestrian and bicyclist connections in the area. The project is expected to wrap up before the end of the year.
Weber County:
The ramp from southbound I-15 to eastbound I-84 (Exit 340) in Riverdale will close on Friday, Nov. 6, at 10 p.m., until Monday, Nov. 9, at 6 a.m. Crews will slide the second half of a new bridge into place.
This project, which is replacing three aging Riverdale bridges, will wrap up this fall.
Utah County:
Drivers heading to or through Lehi should plan for significant road closures and delays near I-15 on 2100 North (SR-194) this weekend. The closures will also affect routes commonly used by drivers traveling between I-15, Lehi, Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain.
Westbound 2100 North will close nightly at Ashton Boulevard, near the I-15 interchange (Exit 282), during the following times:
Friday, Nov. 6, at 9 p.m. until Saturday, Nov. 7, at 7 a.m.
Saturday, Nov. 7, at 9 p.m. until Sunday, Nov. 8, at noon.
Sunday, Nov. 8, at 9 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 9, at 5 a.m.
Westbound 2100 North will reopen to one lane during the day. Drivers entering or exiting I-15 at 2100 North (Exit 282) can still use this route but should expect delays and backups near I-15.
Additionally, a short section of 2300 West between westbound and eastbound 2100 North will close from Friday, Nov. 6, at 9 p.m. to Monday, Nov. 9, at 5 a.m. This will affect drivers exiting southbound I-15 at Triumph Boulevard (Exit 283) and drivers who frequently use 2300 West to travel through Lehi toward Lehi Main Street or Saratoga Springs.
Eastbound 2100 North will also be reduced to one lane at 2300 West from Friday, Nov. 6 at 9 p.m. until Monday, Nov. 9 at 5 a.m. Drivers using eastbound 2100 North to access I-15 should expect delays.
These closures will allow crews to replace a sewer line as part of the 2100 North freeway project, which is building a new, 2.8-mile connection between I-15 and Mountain View Corridor. The project is expected to be completed in late 2028.
