NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning Commission Public Hearing scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765 has been cancelled for the following item:
1. Public hearing, consideration and possible action on a proposed Rezoning and Project Plan for property located at 4405 W. 1700 N. (Big Rocks Subdivision, Lots 1, 2, and 3). The subject properties are approximately 12.99 acres in size. The applicants, Randy & Sue Yocum, propose to Rezone the property from the Open Space OS Zone to the Planned Development Commercial, PDC Zone to allow for a wedding and event center on the property.
This item will be rescheduled for a public hearing at a later date.
