Playground Magic: United Way Transforms Orchard Hills' Blacktop into a World of Play and LearningOrchard Hills ElementarySeptember 15, 2026Orchard Hills Elementary extends its heartfelt thanks to United Way for turning our playground into a vibrant hub of fun and learning! Volunteers spent the day painting incredible designs across the blacktop, including a giant compass, colorful caterpillar number lines, alphabet letters, as well as, hopscotch and nine square game outlines. These playful additions aren't just bright and beautiful—they invite students to move, count, spell, and explore every time they head outside. The playground has become a much more lively and exciting place to play, and students can't wait to enjoy the new games and learning activities for years to come. Thank you, United Way, for investing in our students and making our school a brighter place!
