Anthony E. Loubet is a Republican serving as the Utah State Representative for House District 27, which covers parts of Magna, Kearns, West Valley City, West Jordan, and Copperton in Salt Lake County. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, and announced his re-election bid for the 2026 election on January 4, 2026. Loubet is an attorney who previously worked as Chief Legal Officer for a company supporting intellectually disabled adults, senior policy advisor for a Salt Lake County Councilmember, and Deputy County Attorney in Utah County; he holds a law degree from Brigham Young University and lives in the district with his wife and six children.
