Ben Shaw

Ben Shaw is a candidate for Utah State House District 3 in the 2026 election, initially seeking the nomination of the Utah Forward Party to challenge incumbent Republican Jason Thompson. He did not advance past the party's Cache County convention. Shaw is a graduate student and graduate research assistant at Utah State University in Logan, with a background in mathematics, statistics, data science, and machine learning, including published work and experience as a graduate teaching assistant.
